Illinois' next big lottery jackpot could go to someone who purchased their ticket online.  The state is moving forward with a plan to establish the online system but Anita Bedell with the Illinois Church Action on Alcohol and Addiction Problems is disappointed with the move.  She says the lottery targets young people who don't understand when to stop.
