The 4th Annual GTCC Christmas T.V. raffle drawing was held Wednesday at Noon at the Chamber office.
Miss Christian County, Bethany Brown, drew the name of Helen Hinshaw of Ramsey as the winner. This is one lucky lady. Helen was also the 2009 $10,000 Cash Raffle winner. She was tickled pink when she got the call from Miss Christian County.
