Blagojevich Attorney Wants Off The Case

The face of Rod Blagojevich's defense team is changing.  Attorney Elliott Riebman wants to leave the legal team.  He's asked for the court's permission to withdraw himself from the former governor's case.  Riebman says a new attorney will be joining the former governor's team as the appeal approaches.   Blagojevich has been ordered to serve 14-years in a federal prison for crimes committed while he was in office.  He is expected to surrender on March 15th.
