Former Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich wants to serve his prison time in Colorado, instead of closer to home.

Attorney Sheldon Sorosky says Blagojevich's family doesn't plan on moving to the Denver-area to be close to him. Blagojevich was sentenced to 14 years in prison last week for trying to sell President Obama's former U.S. Senate seat for cash and political favors.
