Two teleconferences addressing the basics of commercial food production will be held December 12th and19th. The seminars are directed at the individuals considering the options of commercial production for the first time or expanding a current operation with an additional product. The Teleconferences will be from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM. at the University of Illinois main office (Hillsboro). There is no fee for the programs.
