Alfonso Soriano smacked a solo home run and Aramis Ramirez went 5-for-5 with a two-run double for Chicago. Casey Coleman was tagged with the loss. The Northsiders have dropped four of their last six contests. Randy Wells will toe the rubber opposite Derek Lowe in tonight's third installment of a four-game series.
