The Heat star stuck up for the former Heisman Trophy winner after ESPN NFL analyst and former quarterback Merrill Hoge [[ Hodge ]] tweeted that the Broncos could never win with Tebow at the helm. James tweeted that Tebow is a hard worker, a natural leader and a winner.
