Ashley Layton.  Waives preliminary hearing.  Waives arraignment.  Pleads not guilty.  Demands trial by jury.  pretrial set for 3/16/26. 

Jason D. Lindsey.  Waives formal arraignment.  pleads not guilty.  Demands trial by jury.  Status hearing set for 3/16/26.

Daniel R. Martin.  Probable cause found.  Defendant released on pretrial conditions.  First appearance with counsel set for 3/27/26.

Brian L. Moses.  pretrial 3/20/26.
