The following cases were heard in Christian County Court on Tuesday, January 27th.  This list is not exclusive. 

Charles W. Brandt.  Negotiated plea.  Defendant pleads guilty to Count 2 Reckless conduct/bodily harm.  A charge of aggravated domestic battery was dismissed.  Judgement of conviction entered, 1 year conditional discharge, counseling, and evaluations 4 days in Christian County Jail D4D. Fines and fees applied. 

Thomas E. Coy.  Fitness hearing set for 3/9/26.

Amber L. Fixsal.  Pretrial continued for 3/10/26.

Jacob W. Gray.  Status hearing set for 2/9/26.

John Hott.  Preliminary hearing held.  Court finds probable cause.  Waives formal arraignment, pleads not guilty, and demands trial by jury.  Jury trial set for 3/2/26.  Pretrial set for 2/17/26.

Shaun A. Korpela probable cause found.  defendant waives formal arraignment, pleads not guilty, demands trial by jury.  Jury trial set for 3/2/26.  Final pretrial set for 2/17/26.

Harley N. Logue preliminary hearing held. defendant waives formal arraignment, pleads not guilty, demands trial by jury. Pretrial set for 3/13/26.

Dawn Masterson.  Pretrial set for 3/9/26.

Austin L. Mayes.  Status hearing set for 2/20/26.  

Brent Musser.  Court grants petition to revoke pretrial release.  Court vacated 3/10/26.  Pretrial set for 2/20/26.

Skylar J. Myers.  Pretrial continued 3/30/26.

Quentin Prasun-Burnett preliminary hearing set for 3/13/26.

Amie G. Rhodes.  Pleads guilty to Count 1 Possession of a contained substance, count 2 on possession of meth was dismissed. Judgement of conviction entered.  Sentenced to 2 years probation.  Substance abuse counseling.  Fines and fees applied.  

Tyra M. Shull.  402 conference set for 3/12/26.
