The following court cases were heard in Christian County Court on 11/13/25.  This list is not exclusive. 

Aaron B. Bice.  Final pretrial hearing set for 1/20/26. jury trial set for 2/2/26. 

Jonathan L. Cohan pretrial hearing continued to 12/5/25. 

Erick W. Gudgel pretrial hearing set for 1/29/26. 

Heather N. Jones NTA set for 12/4/25.

Thomas L. Lowis negotiated plea presented.  Defendant pleads guilty to charge of possession of a stolen firearm. No judgement of conviction entered. Lowis setnenced to two years of first offender weapon probation, four days in jail with credit for two days served.  fines and fees assessed.  

Brooklynne M. Oliver continued to 11/18/25. 

Rodney D. izemore Negotiated plea presented and approved.  Defendant pleads guilty to the charge of robbery.  Sentenced to three years in IDOC followed by one year of mandatory supervised release to be served at 50% with credit for 340 days served.  Sentneced to run concurrently with a previous sentencing of conviction for theft. Fines and fees assessed. 

Christopher Tucker pretrial hearing continued to 12/18/25.
