Casey L. Conoway.  Pretrial hearing set for 12/8/25.

Damien WL Eskew.  negotiated plea presented and accepted.  Defendant pleads guilty to charge of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon.  Count 1 dismissed.  Defendant sentenced to two years of first time weapon offender probation.  180 days in county jail with credit for 109 days served.  

Joshua C. Hawthorne pretrial hearing continued to 12/8/25.

Timothy M. Hovis.  Pretrial set for 10/30/25. 

Dawn Masterson.  Pretrial hearing set for 12/8/25.  

Michael McKittrick.  pretrial set for 12/8/25.

Quentin J. McKittrick.  Pretrial hearing set for 11/18/25. Jury trial set for 12/1/25.

Patrick M. Motley.  Motion for furlough granted.  pretrial hearing set for 12/9/25.  10/21/25 hearing vacated.  

Chad M. Pianfetti preliminary hearing held.  Probable cause found.  Arraignment waived, defendant pleads not guilty, requests trial by jury.  Pretrial hearing set for 10/31/25.

Harsher Singh.  Case continued for potential negotiated plea on 10/24/25.

Danny R. Stanberry.  Pretrial hearing set for 11/7/25.

William Wanless.  Final pretrial set for 11/18/25.  Jury trial set for 12/1/25.
