Jacob M. Charles.  Preliminary hearing waived, Pretrial set for 9/26/25.

Dalton L. Dupont final pretrial set for 10/21.  Jury trial set for 11/3.

Alexis I Givens.  Matter reset for appearance with counsel on 8/22/25.

Ross E. Kirkendoll.  Preliminary hearing set for 11/20/25.

Bradley D. Merritt.  Matter reset for pretrial on 10/14/25.

Jesse R. Pauley.  Pretrial set for 9/12/25.

Michael Running.  Plead guilty of DUI.  Counts 1 and 3 dismissed.  6 months supervised release.  Plus fines, fees, and assessments.
