Michael McKittrick. probable cause found.  Preliminary hearing set for in person on 8/26/25. Released from custody. 

Patrick M. Motley.  status hearing set for 7/10/25.

Nathan K. Wiggle.  first appearance set for 7/11. Defendant ordered detained until further order from the court.
