Joseph A. Austin.  Pretrial hearing continued to 7/24/25.

Sarah R. Bell. Preliminary hearing held.  Probable cause found.  Waives arraignment, pleads not guilty, demands trial by jury.  pretrial set for 8/22.

Brian K. Durbin.  Case dismissed.

Donald R. Felton.  preliminary hearing continued to 7/29.

Josh D. Hill.  Pretrial hearing continued to 8/18.

Bradley D. Merritt.  Pretrial hearing set for 8/15.

Shannon M. Miller-Patnode Pretrial hearing set for 8/12.

Zachary R. Newberry.  Pretrial and jury trial dates remain. Restitution being negotiated. 

Michael J. Snow.  negotiated plea set for 7/18.

Phillip R. Windell.  402 conference set for 7/1/25.  Pretrial and jury trial dates remain the same.
