The following court cases were heard in Christian County Court on May 6th.  

Brian K Bryne.  Preliminary hearing set for 5/27.  Sanctions petition granted.  Bryne sanctioned to 20 days in jail with credit for 5 days served.  

Ryan J. Durbin.  Negotiated plea presented and approved by the court.  Judgement of conviction entered for plea of guilty to the charge of unlawful violation of an order protection.  A Class IV felony. Durbin sentenced to 2 years probation, 180 days in county jail with credit for 90 days served.  

John P. George.  preliminary hearing set for 6/24.  Released from custody, subject to terms of pretrial release.  

Quenton J. Newingham.  Preliminary hearing.  No probable cause found.  Case dismissed. 

Constance A. Sherman.  Petition for revoking pretrial release granted.  Remanded to custody of the Sheriff.  Pretrial remains scheduled for 6/9/25.

Jaydin F. Snow.  Defendent motion for release.  Motion granted.  Pretrial still set for 5/12.
