Gerald A Brown Status hearing set for 05/05/2025
Danny M. Taylor Negotiated plea set and approved. Taylor pleads guilty to the charge of reckless conduct (Count II). Count 1 dismissed on motion of the state as part of the negotiated plea. Taylor sentenced to one year probation with 60 days in the county jail and credit for 30 days served.
