Lacey J. Austin appears.   All pending matters continued to 06/19/2025 for potential plea.

Kissi T. Barbour appears. Pretrial hearing continued to 06/12/2025.  State to make plea offer. 

Ryan D. Callaway appears.   Pretrial/possible plea hearing continued to 06/05/2025.

Ryan J. Durbin appears. Case continued for presentation of negotiated plea on 05/06/2025.

Zechariah C. Geary appears. Pleads guilty to the charge of aggravated battery. Sentenced to two years probation and 180 days in the county jail to be served as 29 days in custody with 29 days credit served. Defendent released  Count II dismissed on motion of the State pursuant to negotiated plea. 

Michael Gonzales appears pretrial hearing continued to 05/08/2025 Case heard on motion for furlough.  Motion denied. 

Antonio R. Reese appears. pretrial hearing continued to 07/01/2025

Jacob M. Semerau appears.  Waives preliminary hearing. Waives arraignment, pleads not guilty, and demands trial by jury. Pretrial hearing scheduled for 06/19.

Tyra M. Shull appears. Pretrial hearing continued to 6/5.

Brian Sisk.  Pretrial continued for 6/12.

Christopher Tucker. Pretrial hearing continued to 07/01.

Brandon Wilson.  Case dismissed due to evidence issues. 

Howard E. Wise III case continued for presentation of negotiated plea on 06/05
