The following court cases were heard in Christian County Court on Monday, March 17th. 

Dalton Johnson appears.  Case called for preliminary hearing.  probable cause found.  Waives preliminary hearing, waives arraignment, pleads not guilty, demands trial by jury.  Pretrial hearing set for 5/20.  Jury trial set for 6/2/25.  

Mitchell Chapman appears.  Waives preliminary hearing, waives arraignment, pleads not guilty, demands trial by jury.  Pretrial hearing set for 4/22. 

Mary A. Price appears.  Waives preliminary hearing, waives arraignment, pleads not guilty, demands trial by jury.  Pretrial hearing set for 5/16.

David S. Rightnowar Jr. case continued for potential negotiated plea on 5/2/25 

Ashley L. Rockford status of preliminary hearing set for 3/31/25.
