Suzanne Allen appears.  preliminary hearing held.  probable cause found.  defendant waives arraignment, pleads not guilty, demands trial by jury.  Pretrial hearing set for 5/1/25. 

James Franklin present.  Pretrial hearing continued to 5/15/25.

Eric Merritt appears. waives arraignment, pleads not guilty, demands trial by jury.  Pretrial scheduled for 3/18/25. 

Zachary Newberry appears.  Case continued for possible plea on 4/3/25. 

Amie Rhodes appears.  Pretrial hearing continued to 4/24/25
