Michael Bergland appears.  probable cause found.  Public defender appointed.  Preliminary hearing set for 5/9.  Subject released from custody.

Ethan Carnahan appeared.  Pretrial hearing continued to 4/21/25.

Jacob Garrett appeared.  Case continued for possible plea on 3/25/25.

Alexis Givens present.  Pretrial hearing continued to 5/15/25.

Brittany Melvin appears.  Pretrial set for 3/25/25.

Amanda Mollet appears.  Preliminary hearing set for 4/4/25.

Steven Tucker appears.  Pretrial hearing continued to 4/10/25.

Nicholas Vaughn appears.  Plea hearing set for 3/27/25.
