Suzanne M. Allen appears.  conflict defender appointed.  Preliminary hearing set for March 13th. 

Joseph L Auman appears.  Case called for motion for furlough.  Motion denied.  Sentencing hearing vacated for 2/20.  Case continued for status of treatment court referral to 2/28. 

Justin Chronister appeared.  Pretrial hearing continued to April 1st, 2025.

Tyler L Engelhart waives preliminary hearing and arraignment, pleads not guilty, and requests trial by jury.  Pretrial hearing set for 4/4/25.

Richard S. Ginger fails to appear.  Notice set for 2/7.

Amanda J. Johanningmeier appears.  Case continued for presentation of negotiated plea on 2/3/25. 

Austin L. Mayes appears.  Status hearing set for 3/7/25

Michael T. Morrissey appears.  Pretrial set for 2/20

Quenton J. Newingham appears.  Case called for hearing on motion for furlow to attend inpatient treatment, motion denied. 

Constance A. Sherman fails to appear.  NTA set for 3/4

Dillon MW Washburn appears.  Pretrial hearing set for 1/31.
