The following court cases were heard in Christian County Court on January 27th, 2025.  This list is not exclusive.

Erick W. Gudgel appeared late.  Warrant was issued but quashed after appearing. Preliminary hearing waived, FA waived, jury trial demanded pretrial only set for March 28th.

Joseph L. Ishmael released on pretrial conditions.  preliminary hearing waived, jury trial requested.  Pretrial only on March 28th.

Jason D. Lindsey appears late. discovery complete, no offer, pretrial set for March 31st. 

Regina A. Poindexter discovery and offer tendered.  Pretrial continued for March 31st. 

Mary A Price appears. preliminary hearing set for March 17th.
