Megan R. Lynn appears.  Public defender appointed.  First appearance set for 2/11/25

Robin M. Parsons appeared Defendant pleads guilty to the charge of unlawful possession of a controlled substance. sentenced to 2 years in IDOC, followed by six months of mandatory supervised released.  sentence stayed until 1/16/25.  Defendent to surrender herself to Shelby County on 1/15/25. 

Caleb Reber appeared.  pretrial hearing continued for 3/4/25

Robert W. Retzloff appeared.  pretrial hearing set for 2/14/25

Rodney Sizemore appeared waives arraignment, pleads not guilty, demands trial by jury.  Final pretrial set for 2/18/25.  jury trial set for 3/3/25. '
