The following cases were heard in Christian County Court on Friday, October 18th, 2024. 

Michael R. Evrley set for plea December 11th. 

Michelle L. Freligh Discovery ongoing, cause reset for 11/14/24.

Ashley N. Getz Pretrial continued for 11/19/24

Matthew E. Golitko.  pleads guilty to reckless conduct.  sentenced to 24 months probation.  Fines and fees, no contact order, and probation monitoring. 

Steven D. Kilcrease First appearance with counsel and preliminary hearing November 26th. 

Bradley C. Long Status hearing set for 11/14/24

Robert W Retzloff cause set for hearing 11/8/24

Chad A. Wilber hearing set for 1/9/25
