Derrick L. Covington: Court finds pretrial conditions can be imposed and sanctions def. to 15 days CCJ for violating PT conditions.  Additional conditions include no entry into Jack Flash Pana, GPS monitoring, NDABC subject to testing.  pretrial continued to September 12th.
