The following court cases were heard in Christian County Court on July 16th, 2024.  This list is not exclusive. 

Joshua F Haines:  In custody.  Court does not find that state meets burden to keep defendant in custody.  Released on conditions.  First appearance with court/preliminary hearing is set for August 30th.  

Robin M. Parsons   Set for plea 8/13/24

Debbie S Pfeffer, plea no longer In place.  final pretrial set for July 22nd at 1:15 PM with Jury Trial on August 5th.  

Kendrix M. Roberson reset for August 1st.  

Amber R. Scott Reset for pretrial September 5th. 

Gary E. Turvey:  Pretrial set for September 5th.
