Isaiah F. A. Rizzello: PTR/Pre-trial set for 09/13/2024
Jaydin F. Snow: Defendant enters negotiated plea of guilty to the charge of telephone harassment. Judgment of conviction entered. By agreement, Defendant sentenced to two years probation, 36 days in jail with credit for 18 days served, and he's ordered to pay the fine but the assessments are waived pursuant to rule 404 certification. He is ordered released from custody.
Matthew S. Tarrant: Negotiated plea presented and approved by the Court, whereby Defendant pleads guilty to the charge of unlawful possession of methamphetamine, a class III extended term felony. Judgment of conviction entered. By agreement, Defendant sentenced to two years probation. Assessments waived pursuant to rule 404 certification.
