Lacy J. Austin  pretrial hearing continued to April 9th.

Ashley N. Bain pretrial hearing conitnued to April 16th.  State answered discovery and made plea offer. 

Brenden T. Barger pretrial hearing set for April 12th.

Roy J. Bates Fitness hearing and hearing on second motion for release with conditions continued for hearing on February 21st at 11:30 AM.  

Steven D. Leonard pretrial set for February 27th

Tyrone A. Powyszynski pretrial hearing continued to April 19th. State answered discovery and made plea offer

Kevin M. Rensman final pretrial set for April 23rd at 1:15 PM  Jury trial set for May 6th at 8:30 AM.  

Robert L. Scott pretrial hearing continued for April 11th. 

Dennis E. Wilcutt case continued for plea on February 27th.
