Ashley Gaines: Defendant in court with Attorney and State's Attorney present. Negotiated plea deal of 24 months probation; DNA; time served; $500 plus costs for a total of $1,939. All other cases dismissed per plea. Rest for hearing on application for waiver 6-14-23 at 9 a.m.

Debbie Horn: Defendant in custody, in court via Zoom with Attorney and State's Attorney present. Sworn testimony taken; in consideration of same, sufficient and credible evidence is adduced for fiding. Defendant waives further reading; reset for pretrial/motion for fulough 4-25-23 at 10 a.m.

Mathieu Kuhns: Defendant in custody in another county. Attorney present and State's Attorney present. Reset for status 6-27-23 at 10 a.m. and video writ to issue.

Charles Lair: Defendant in custody in court with Attorney and State's Attorney present. Reset for set for hearing on 5-30-23 at 1:15 p.m.

Robert Oliver: Defendat failed to appear. State's Attorney present and Bench Warrant to Issue at $50,000 with 10% to apply.

Richard Shivers: Defendant in court with Attorney and State's Attorney present. Reset for pretrial 6-26-23 at 10 a.m.

Brad Tolen: Defendant in court via Zoom; State's Attorney present. Defendant admonished penalties, righrt and chares. Hiring own attorney; Reset Status and first appearance with attorney on 6-26-23 at 10 a.m.
