The following court cases were heard on April 20th, 2023:

Samantha Abbott: Defendant present with counsel and State's Attorney present. Pretrial hearing scheduled for 6-20-23 at 10 a.m. Defendant ordered to immediately report to the probation department and submit to a drug and alcohol test. Probation Department ordered to file results under seal with the Clerk and provide copies to all counsel of record. State made plea offer.

Zachary Bland: Defendant present with counsel and State's Attorney present. By agreement, preliminary hearing scheduled for 5-25-23 at 10 a.m. in person.

Alex Collingwood: Defendant present with counsel and State's Attorney present. Defendant waives arraingment, denies the allegations in the Petition to Revoke. Pretrial hearing scheduled for 6-23-23 at 10 a.m.

Brian Colston: Defendant present with counsel and State's Attorney present. Defendant waives arraingnment, adenies the allegations in the Third Amended Petition to Revoke. Pretrial hearing scheduled 6-23-23 at 10 a.m.

Sharon Colston: Defendant present with counsel and State's Attorney present. Defendant waives arraignment, denies the allegations in teh Petition to Revoke. Pretrial hearing scheduled for 6-23-23 at 10 a.m.

Aaron Davis: Defendant present with Public Defender and State's Attorney present. Case called for preliminary hearing. Officer sworn and testifies. Court finds probably cause. Defendant waives arraignment pleads not guilty and demands trial by jury. Pretrial hearing scheduled for 6-19-23 at 10 a.m.

Patricia Hornbuckle: Defendant present with counsel and State's Attorney present. By agreement, hearing on petition to modify bond and first appearance set 4-21-23 at 11:30 a.m. via Zoom.

Christopher Mills: Defendant present with Public Defender Grigsby and State's Attorney present. By agreement, pretrial hearing continued to 6-22-23 at 10 a.m. PD Grigsby oral motion to leave to withdraw granted due to conflict of interest. PD Herkert appointed to represent Defendant.

Alma Nerone: Defendant present with Public Defender and State's Attorney present. By agreement, pretrial hearing continued to 6-19-23 at 10 a.m. Defendant has problem solving court referral pending in Sangamon County and anticipates being admitted on 5-30-23.
