Dane Austin appears.  Pretrial continued for October 26th. 

Brian Callan appears. Pretrial continued for November 12th. 

Andrew Calvert appears.  Negotiated plea met. Calvert pleads guilty to the charge of methamphetamine. Sentenced to two years first offender probation. Hearing on the petition for waiver scheduled for in person on November 17th.

Charles Carron appears. Case continued for negotiated plea set for November 15th. 

Quatron Cropp appears. Final pretrial hearing set for November 23rd. Jury trial scheduled for December 6th. 

Zachary Crowley appears.  Pretrial continued due to additional disclosure.  Plea offer will be made before next hearing set for November 12th.

Chiannah Dilley appears.  Negotiated plea set for November 12th.

Brian Ferguson appears. Status hearing set for November 16th.

Ronald Fisher appears. Pretrial hearing continued for November 30.

Robert Gerk appears.  Pleads guilty in negotiated plea to one count of unlawful possession of a controlled substance. Defendant sentenced to two years of first offender probation.

Jacob Mariacher appears. Pretrial hearing continued for November 16th. State to offer written plea. 

Brandon McCaughn appears.   Waives preliminary hearing, waives arraignment, pleads not guilty, requests trial by jury. Pretrial hearing set for October 14th. 

Richard Micheletta appears.  Preliminary hearing set for November 15th. 

Toby Moyer appears. Case continued for potential plea set on November 5th. 

Natosha Peck appears. Pretrial hearing continued for October 5th. 

Dylan Russell appears. Waives preliminary hearing, waives arraignment, pleads not guilty, requests trial by jury. Pretrial hearing set for November 12th. 

Hank Skinner appears. Case continued for potential negotiated plea set for October 29th. 

Amanda Van Ostran present by counsel. Notice to appear set for November 19th.

Kimberly Webb appears.  Waives arraignment, Denies allegations in petition to revoke. Pretrial hearing set for November 19th.
