Jeremy Emery appears. Preliminary hearing scheduled for July 27th. Bond hearing conducted. Bond set at $50,000 with 10% to apply. 

Dontrell Franks appears. Preliminary hearing waived. Pleads not guilty, requests trial by jury. Pretrial hearing set for August 12th.

Steven Frost appears. Preliminary hearing set for August 12th.

Molly Grigsby appears. Hearing on the first amended petition to revoke probation scheduled for August 12th. Defendant waives arraignment and denies allegations. 

Kylee Mathes appears. Preliminary hearing set for August 26th.

Tilur Miller appears. Status set for sentencing for August 26th. 

Christopher Mills appears. Negotiated plea set for July 8th.

Zachary Newberry appears. Waives arraignment pleads not guilty, Pretrial continued August 26th. 

Adam Passoni appears. Plea deal has been reached. Passoni pleads guilty to meth delivery 15-100 grams. Sentence issued for 11 years in IDOC with 3 years mandatory supervised release with credit for 306 days served plus fines and fees assessed. 

Robbin Sheets appears. Pretrial continued for July 29th.

Nikki Snow fails to appear. Bond set at $15,000.
