The following court cases were heard in front of Judge Brad Paisley in Christian County on April 30th, 2021:
Shalee Bayne fails to appear. Warrant issued over objection of PD for $5,000.
Robert Bingham appears. Petition to revoke hearing set for June 28th.
Abigail Brest appears and a plea deal is presented. Brest plead guilty to unlawful possession of methamphetamine, a class II felony. She is sentenced to two years probation and two days in the county jail with one day served.
Matthew Burrus appeared. Waives arraignment pleads not guilty to petition to revoke. Pretrial hearing scheduled for June 14th.
Carolynn Campbell appeared and a plea deal is presented. Campbell plead guilty to unlawful possession of methamphetamine, a class II felony. She was sentenced to two years probation.
Robert Catalano appeared. Defendent waives arraignment, pleads not guilty to allegations from petition to revoke. Catalano released on $20,000 recognizance bond. Pretrial hearing set for June 25th.
Sharon Colston appeared. Preliminary hearing set for June 24th.
Dale Detmers appeared. Pretrial hearing continued for July 1st.
Haley Dixon appeared. First appearance with counsel set for June 22nd. Hearing on the petition to revoke set for July 13
Sara Edwards appeared. Pretrial hearing continued to July 12th.
Carl Fisher appeared. Hearing confirmed for May 11th.
David Frost appeared. Waived preliminary hearing, waives arraignment, pleads not guilty, requests trial by jury. Pretrial hearing set for June 29th.
Chad Gaydos appeared. Case continued for negotiated plea set for June 21st.
Molly Grigsby appeared. First appearance with counsel set for June 4th.
Kathryn Janet appeared. Case continued for negotiated plea set for June 29th.
