The following court cases were heard in front of Judge Christopher Matoush on February 13th:

Robert W. Catalano appeared in court. Pleads guilty to Aggravated battery/w use of a deadly weapon. receives 2 years probation standard terms and conditions. Fines fees and assessments will be reviewed for total costs. Served 118 days CCJ. All other cases dismissed. 

Christian E. Crowder fails to appear. NTA issued over state objection set for March 5th.

Michael E. Beaty appeared in court. Preliminary hearing held. Probable cause found. Formally arraigned. Defendent pleads not guilty. Requests Jury trial. PT set for February 21st.

Corey V. Pope appeared in court. Motion set for March 26th to quash arrest warrant.
