The following court cases were heard in front of Judge Christopher Matoush on Thursday January 30th.

Jeremy J. Beard appeared in court. Jury trial vacated and reset for April 6th with final pretrial set for March 23rd.

Michael W. Beaty appeared in court. March 2nd Jury trial. Final pretrial set for February 11th.

Michael L. Durbin appeared in court. Bond reduced to $5,000 with 10% to apply. Preliminary hearing set for February 21st for all cases.

Delano E. Denson appeared in court. Bond reduced to $5,000 with 10% to apply.  First appearance with public defender set for February 27th.

Aron C. Strunk appeared in court. March 26th pretrial continued with final pretrial set for May 4th.

Louis E. Sullivan appeared in court. Bond reduced to $5,000 with preliminary hearing continued for February 25th. 

Ashley N. Bain appeared in court. Plea set for February 5th. 

Christopher W. Barnes appeared in court. Plea agreement reached. Negotiated plea reached for counts 2 and 3 (possession of meth under 5 grams and fleeing police (21 mph over)). Total fines fees and costs $2,931.  2 year probation with standard terms and conditions. 336 days in christian county jail with credit for 168 days actually served (day for day applied). Job search review set for april 1st. Count 1 and 4 dismissed as part of plea.

Trishia M. Cornwell appeared in court. Waives preliminary hearing, waives arraignment, pleads not guilty, requests trial by jury. Pretrial only set for March 17th.
