The following cases were heard in front of Judge Christopher Matoush on December 12th 2019:

Matthew Burries appeared in custody. Plea deal met, 3 years IDOC with 1 year parole. Credit for 82 days served. $580 dollars in restitution, assessments, fines and fees. Will be able to get out in 14 months on good time charged.

Mario O. Dickson appeared in custody. Released on a $15,000 recognizance bond. Waive preliminary hearing, waived arraignment, plead not guilty. Requested trial by jury. PTO set for February 6th.

William D. Thomas fails to appear. Warrant issued for $25,000 over objection of PD. 

Kaleb A. Vaughn appeared in custody. Pretrial Only continued for January 14th.

Jackie L Martin appeared in court. Jury trial set for February 10th. Pretrial continued for January 9th. 

Kristin M. Miller appeared in court. Waives preliminary hearing, waives arraignment, pleads not guilty, requests trial by jury. Pretrial set for January 28th.
