The following court cases were heard in front of Judge Christopher Matoush on November 4th, 2019.

Gerald Pawyszysnki appeared in custody. Public defender appointed. FAWPD November 5th. PTR filed as well.  All appointments set for Nov 5th.

Christopher Johnson appeared in custody. PD appointed subject to reimbursement. Bond hearing held. Bond set at $150,000. Preliminary hearing set for November 22nd. 

David Handlin appeared in custody probable cause to detain.  Bond hearing will be held November 5th.

Donald Johnson fails to appear. Had wrong court date. Given NTA November 14th. 

Melinda Mahome appears in court. December 19th for next court date.

Brett Durbin appeared in court. PD Drake withdraws from appearance, PD Frisch appointed. FAWPD set for December 11th
