The following court cases were heard in front of Judge Christopher Matoush on October 1st at 10 AM. 

George T. Bailey appeared in court. Case continued for October 11th for possible plea.

Dennis L. Bertoni appeared in court.  Case continued for November 8th.

Keffery L. Cothern appeared in court. Motion for bond denied. Case continued for October 17th.

Dawn R. Masterson appeared in court. Waived preliminary hearing, plead not guilty,requested trial by jury. Bond set at $30,000. Pretrial only set for October 31st.

Amy Merrifield appeared in court. Bond reduced to $17,000.

Alyshia M. Rightnowar appeared in court.  Vacated jury trial. Due to new public defender Preliminary hearing/pretrial continued for November 12th.

Michael Morrissey failed to appear. Plea date vacated October 8th still set. Warrant issued for new charge.  Bond set at $250,000.
