The following court cases were heard on July 30th, 2019;

Danielle Benedict appeared in court today. A plea agreement was made. Count 1 of aggravated battery was dismissed. For count 2, resisting arrest, defendant given 24 months probation with conditions, 12 days in county jail with time already served. Counseling, and letter of apology along with a $500 fine.

Aaron B. Davis appeared in court today.  Defendant arraigned. Preliminary hearing set for August 22nd. Bond hearing set for later date. 

Theodore M. Fleming Jr. appeared in court today.  Jury trial vacated. Case reset to August 16th for possible plea.

Kevin R. Hendricker appeared in court today. Jury trial set September 30th. Pretrial set for September 3rd.

Tanner G. Jacobs appeared in court today. Defendant waives preliminary hearing, waives arraignment and pleads not guilty. Demands trial by jury. Pretrial set for September 5th.

Cale R. Sexson appeared in court today. Defendant waives preliminary hearing, arraignment, pleads not guilty, demands trial by jury. Pretrial set for September 3rd.

Dakota A. Shockley appeared in court today. Intends to hire private counsel. Continued for August 30th.

Tracy L. Stevens appeared in court today. Motion for furlough granted without objection to attend gateway. Case continued for September 19th for status only.

Nathan M. Strayer appeared in court today. Jury trial reset for September 30th. Pretrial set for September 5th. 

Curtis L. Strohl does not appear in court but is represented by Attorney. Continued for September 17th.

Amanda M. Vanostran appeared in court today. Continued to September 3 for pretrial.
