Jonathan J. Janda appeared in court today. A furlough is granted from jail Wednesday June 12-Friday June 14. Case continued till June 14th for negotiated plea deal.
Stephanie M. Knezevich did not appear in court today. An NTA was filed for July 9th. PD says Knezevich is still in treatment.

Matthew L. McIntyre appeared in court today. Negotiated plea entered and approved by court. Defendant pleads guilty to charge of unlawful possession of methamphetamine precursors a class II felony and is sentenced to two years probation, with 180 days in jail and credit for 100 served. Bond to apply.
Devin G. Prose appeared in court today. Negotiated plea entered and approved by court. Defendent pleads guilty to charge of unlawful possession of a controlled substance. No judgement of conviction entered. Will serve two years probation as part of first offender status.
Lloyd H. Smith appeared in court today. Negotiated plea entered and approved by court. Defendant pleads guilty to charge of retail theft, a class III felony. Judgement of conviction entered. Defendant sentenced to two years probation.
Jeremy T. Stark appeared in court today. Negotiated plea in place. Continuance set for June 18th.
