Christian County Court Cases 06/07/19

The following court cases were heard June  6th in front of Judge Brad T. Paisley:

 

Joshua M. De Clerck was present for his sentencing hearing.  After testimony and evidence from both sides, De Clerck made a statement.  After deliberation, Judge Paisley sentenced De Clerck to two years in the Illinois Department of Corrections followed by one year of mandatory supervised release with credit for 107 days served.  Defendant also assessed fines and fees from supplemental sentencing order.  Bond to apply. This is for case 18CF86.

 

Joshua M. De Clerck will also face one year in the Illinois Department of Corrections with one year mandatory supervised release.  This is sentenced to run consecutively to the sentence imposed in 18CF86.

 

A preliminary hearing for 19-CF-145 is scheduled for August 15th. Defendant waives his right to speedy preliminary hearing.  

 

The following court cases were heard June 7th in front of Judge Brad T. Paisley.

 

Brandon J. Emery of appeared in court today.  There is a continuance set for June 10th.

 

Trevor L. Lindsey appeared in court today.  There is a continuance set for June 13. There will also be a 402 conference set.

 

Melinda D. Mahone failed to appear.  A FTA Bond for $100,000 has been filed over objection of PD.

 

Ted H. Matthews appeared in court today.  A status hearing is set for July 19th.

 

Chad E. MC Kittrick failed to appear.  A FTA bond for $100,000 has been filed over objection of PD.

 

James T. Melvin appeared in court today.  A continuance for July 26th is set.

 

Zachary M. Morrissey appeared in court today.  A continuance is set for June 14th.  There will also be a 402 conference set.

 

Lloyd H. Smith appeared in court today.  Continued for negotiation of plea deal.  Set for June 11th.

 

Robbie D. Sparling failed to appear.  A FTA bond for $10,000 has been filed over objection of PD.

 

Aaron M. Steele appeared in court today.  A continuance is set for June 13th.

 

Sara A. Sunderland failed to appear.  After talking to PD, Sunderland was in treatment.  Continued for July 29th. 

 

Kathy M. Swinburne appeared in court today.  A status hearing is set for June 14th.

 

James Moses appeared in court today.  He is set to be extradited back to Missouri.  He has a status hearing set for June 26th in case it hasn’t happened yet.
