Christian County Court Cases 05/14/19

The Following Court Cases were heard by Judge Brad T. Paisley;

 

Scott W. Arkebauer of Morrisonville and Mr. Drake, filed a pitition to revoke.  That hearing is scheduled for July 18th.  He also had to report to probation for a drug/alcohol test.

 

Kacey D. Burton of Taylorville was in court.  A petition was filed to reduce bond. The hearing is scheduled for June 6, 2019.

 

Madelynn M. Cashen has a pretrial continuance scheduled for June 13th.

 

Barbara A. Chamness has a continuance scheduled for June 14th.  This is in order to give time to find outpatient treatment that will work with her due to her medical conditions.

 

Sandra R. Delahunt of Taylorville has another pretrial continuance scheduled for June 27th.

 

Patrick D. Emmerling of Taylorville has a status hearing scheduled for August 5th.

 

Chism L. Haworth is in inpatient treatment.  Continuance scheduled for June 13th.

 

Kimberly M. Kidd pleads guilty to counts 3 and four of domestic battery and sentenced to two years probation. Payment schedule hearing set for July 24th.

 

Alissa F. Long of Morrisonville failed to appear.  Warrant issued for Christian and surrounding counties.  Bond set at $15,000.

 

Jason M. Loveless appeared in custody.  Pretrial set for June 25th with a jury trial scheduled for July 15th.

 

Alan L. Mann Jr. of Taylorville has a continuation set for June 24th to review documentation.

 

Jackie L. Martin of Taylorville has a pretrial set for June 24th and a jury trial scheduled for July 15th.

 

Jamaal Jackson had a bond hearing set.  Bond set at $10,000.  June 7th pretrial scheduled.

 

Caleb J. Reber appeared in custody.  A pretrial continuance set for July 22nd.

 

Brittany S. Sauer was supposed to attend inpatient treatment, but the jail released her for outpatient.  She was taken back into custody to attend inpatient treatment and a status is set for June 27th.

 

Jeremiah A. Webber of Pana has a preliminary hearing set for May 28th.

 

Austin N. Casner appeared in custody.  Bond set at $25,000.  Preliminary hearing set for June 3rd.
