18CF78 - Bain, Ashley N - Possession of methamphetamine. Preliminary hearing continued to 4/27/18.

 

18CF16 - Best, Kylie R - Delivery of methamphetamine. Motion to reduce bail was granted, and bond reduced to $30,000 or 10%. Preliminary hearing set for 4/26/18.

 

18CF80 - Bland, Zachary T - Aggravated domestic battery/strangle. Bond was set at $100,000. Defendant ordered to GPS and home confinement with exceptions for work, legal matters. Ordered no contact with victim or residence. Preliminary hearing scheduled for 4/26/18.

 

17CF150 - Brumberlow, Ashli N - Delivery of methamphetamine (2 counts). Defendant failed to appear due to transportation issue. Continuance was granted for 4/24/18.

 

17CF117 - Horn, Debbie R - Theft. Preliminary hearing was continued to 5/1/18.

 

17CF281 - Hott, John L Jr. - Criminal sexual assault of family member under 18. Plea was reset for 4/20/18.

 

18CF8 and 18CF37 - Knight, Brady M - Burglary and Residential burglary. Negotiated plea was accepted on both cases. Defendant pleads guilty and is sentenced to 5yrs in IDOC for 18CF37 and 3yrs for 18CF8, with 2yrs mandatory supervised release. Defendant agreed to cooperate with the State and provide a video recorded interview on another case.

 

18CF1 - Murphy, Christopher M - Possession of methamphetamine. Due to conflict, defendant was appointed a new public defender. Preliminary hearing scheduled for 5/8/18.

 

18CF77 - Myers, Matthew R - Possession of methamphetamine. Bond motion was continued and preliminary hearing set for 5/1/18.

 

17CF229 - Parrish, Daniel W - Theft. Defendant waived preliminary hearing, waived formal arraignment, plead not guilty and requested a jury trial. Pre-trial hearing scheduled for 5/8/18.

 

17CF230 - Parrish, Elizabeth J - Theft. Defendant waived preliminary hearing, waived formal arraignment, plead not guilty and requested a jury trial. Pre-trial hearing scheduled for 5/8/18.

 

16CF228 - Thompson, Antonio L - Possession of controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine. Matter was reset for 6/8/18.

 

18CF4 and 18CF81 - Tucker, Christopher M -Criminal sexual assault and criminal trespasss to residence. Public defender was appointed and bond set at $250,000. If released on bond, defendant ordered to GPS home confinement with exceptions for legal and medical needs. Must comply with current Order of Protection, may not obtain FOID card, concealed carry, possess firearms or ammunition. No contact with victim, residence, or minors involved. Preliminary hearing scheduled for 4/26/18.
