17CF223 - Donald R. Rickman - Aggravated Battery of a Peace Officer and Possession of Meth Less Than 5 Grams - First Appearance with Counsel. Preliminary hearing scheduled for November 16 at 10 a.m.

17CF205 - Jerald A. Buerk - Felony Possession / Use of a Weapon / Firearm - Preliminary Hearing. Defendant waives preliminary hearing and formal arraignment. Not guilty plea entered and requests trial by jury. Jury trial scheduled for January 29. Pre-trial scheduled for November 27 at 10 a.m.

17CF061 - Jacob C. Krouse - Narcotics Possession - Sentencing Hearing. Judge asks state and defense counsel if a 402 conference would be necessary, neither party objects. That is scheduled for October 23 at 11 a.m.

17CF120 - Shayne O’Dell - Domestic Battery with a Prior - Negotiated Plea. Also a civil citation. Plea is reached. Defendant will plead guilty, and be sentenced to a year of probation. Factual basis is given.

17CF206 - Destiny R. Rickman - Failure to Return From a Furlough - First Appearance with Counsel. Preliminary Hearing scheduled for November 13 at 10 a.m.

16CF010 - Joshua M. Sams - Retail Theft Less Than $300 - Status Hearing. Next court date scheduled for Thursday November 2 at 10 a.m.

17CF123 - Dylan L. Carroll - Aggravated Battery - Pre-trial. Also 16CF204, Criminal Damage to Government Property Less Than $500, and multiple traffic charges. State has made an offer to resolve all matters to defendant. Next court date scheduled for January 4 at 10 a.m.

17CF106 - Holly M. Hapner - Theft Between $500 and $10,000 and Possession of a Controlled Substance - Pre-trial. She is not present, counsel present on her behalf. Notice to Appear sent for court date of November 16 at 10 a.m.

14CF227 - Phillip E. Wicker II - Aggravated Battery - Petition to Revoke / Pre-trial. Next court date scheduled for December 7 at 10 a.m.
