Also 15CF193 - Bad Checks - Pre-trial, 15CF137 - Contributing to Criminal Deliquency of a Minor - Pre-trial, 14CF073 - Obstruction of Justice / Destroying Evidence - Pre-trial, 14CM304 - Bad Checks - Pre-trial, and multiple traffic charges. New charge in 17CF193 was read. Next court date scheduled for November 21 at 10 a.m.

16CF236 - Danny L. Rose - Possession of a Stolen Firearm, Possession of Meth Less Than 5 Grams, Harrassing an Animal with a Vehicle, Taking Animals From Along Highway, Unlawful Transportation of a Weapon, and Unlawful Possession of Wildlife Parts - Negotiated Plea. 17CF066 - Mary A. Scott - Meth Delivery Between 100 and 400 Grams - Pre-trial. Defendant is seeking to hire private counsel. Jury trial is vacated. Pre-trial is scheduled for November 9 at 10 a.m.

17CF130 - Gerald F. Olive - Aggravated Battery and Aggravated Battery of a Child Under Age 13 / Disabled Person - Status Hearing. Defendant is not present. Next court date scheduled for October 16 at 10 a.m.

17CF183 - Pamela K. Benedict - Aggravated Battery of a Peace Officer - Preliminary Hearing. Also 17CM113 - Disorderly Conduct and Resisting a Peace Officer - Pre-trial. Preliminary hearing is waived in 17CF183. Formal arraignment is waived, trial by jury requested. Jury trial scheduled for February, pre-trial scheduled for February 6 at 10 a.m.
