Christian County Court Cases 9/14/17

These are the results of the following court cases heard in the Christian County Court on Thursday, September 14th:

 

17CF180 - Curtis M. Fisher - Criminal Damage to Property Between $300 and $10,000 and Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon - First Appearance. Charges were read to defendant. Public defender appointed. First appearance with counsel set for October 17 at 10 a.m.

 

17CF094 - Mitchell D. Manion - Domestic Battery with a Prior - Pre-trial. Victim has signed a waiver of non-prosecution. State says they will drop charge against defendant.

 

17CF139 - Amanda G. Mollet - Meth Possession Less Than 5 Grams - Motion to Reduce Bail. Also 17CF125 - Meth Delivery Less Than 5 Grams. Defendant testifies on her own behalf. Bond motion granted. Probation will directed to find a bed for the defendant and she will be furloughed to treatment once a bed is found at a drug rehab facility. Pre-trial scheduled for September 21 at 10 a.m.

 

17CF190 - Markes N. Rodgers - Attempted Murder - First Appearance with Counsel. Preliminary hearing scheduled for October 3 at 10 a.m. Bond reduction hearing scheduled for September 15 at 10 a.m.

 

15CF123 - Gary M. Thompson Jr. - Criminal Damage to Property Between $300 and $10,000 and Criminal Damage to Property Less Than $300 - Petition to Revoke / First Appearance. He has another case pending in Shelby County and defense counsel asks for time for that to be resolved. Case reset to October 19 at 10 a.m.

 

14CF227 - Phillip E. Wicker II - Aggravated Battery - Petition to Revoke / Pre-trial. Pre-trial continued to October 19 at 10 a.m.

 

17CF189 - Curtis L. Worker - Aggravated Battery (Victim over 60) - First Appearance with Counsel. Also 17CF088 - Reckless Driving / Suspicion of DUI - Status Hearing and 16CF056 - Criminal Damage to Government Property Less Than $500 - Petition to Revoke / Pre-trial. Preliminary hearing for 17CF189 scheduled for September 29 at 10 a.m. Motion to reduce bond set for September 15 at 10 a.m. State has made an offer to encompass all matters.
