14CF070 - Dotty M. Eppenger - Residential Burglary and Aggravated Battery on a Peace Officer - Motion to Reduce Bail. Defense counsel notifies court about possible conflict of interest (his firm represents the victims of the burglary in a seperate matter.) Defendant waives possible conflict of interest and keeps counsel. Defendant testifies on her own behalf. Bond motion is denied.
17CF117 - Debbie R. Horn - Retail Theft Less Than $300 - Preliminary Hearing. Not present. Warrant issued over objection of defense counsel.
13CF022 - Heather M. Jones - 3 Counts of Narcotics Possession - Notice to Appear. Case is referred to collections.
17CF163 - Martha J. Kessler - Possession of Meth Less Than 5 Grams - First Appearance. Also two traffic charges. Preliminary hearing requested and scheduled for October 10 at 10 a.m. Formal arraignment waived and not guilty plea entered in traffic charges.
