17CF156 - Joseph A. Leckner - Residential Arson - Preliminary Hearing. Also 17CF129 - Possession of a Controlled Substance in a Penal Institution, 17CF099 - Aggravated Battery of a Peace Officer and Resisting a Peace Officer, 17CF054 - Failure to Register as a Violent Offender, and multiple traffic charges. Preliminary hearing is waived in 17CF156, 17CF129, and 17CF099. Waives arraignment and pleads not guilty. Pre-trial scheduled for September 7 at 10 a.m.

17CF051 - Charles T. Lee - Meth Delivery Between 15 and 100 Grams and Aggravated Meth Delivery Between 15 and 100 Grams - Pre-trial. Pre-trial continued until August 31 at 10 a.m.

17CF115 - Joshua L. Lynch - Theft Between $500 and $10,000 - Pre-trial. Also 17CF003 - Retail Theft Less Than $300 and 16CF180 - Retail Theft Less Than $300. State has made an offer. Defense counsel is getting no response on subpoenas issued, he will be filing letters to hold them in contempt of court. Pre-trial continued until September 28 at 10 a.m.

16CF071 - Tilur M. Miller - Possession of a Controlled Substance - Status Hearing. Joint sentencing recommendation is reached. He will be put on another two years of first offender probation starting today.

16CF125 - Brittany N. Scribner - Aggravated Use of a Communication Device While Driving Resulting in a Death - Pre-trial. Also a traffic charge. There will be a plea in this case. Pre-trial continued until August 31 at 10 a.m.

17CF176 - David L. Ramsey Jr. - Manufacturing/Delivery of Cannabis Between 30 and 500 Grams - First Appearance. Probable cause is given. State asks for $5,000 bond, and is granted.
