Christian County Court Cases 5/15/17

These are the results of the following court cases heard in the Christian County Court on Monday, May 15th:

 

17CF090 - Brett L. Peters - Burglary. First appearance. Bond set at $30,000. Will look at a recognizance bond. Public defender appointed with a chance at reimbursement.

 

17CF083 - Michael L. Droke. Meth delivery less than 5 grams. First appearance with counsel. Preliminary hearing will be June 6th at 10 a.m. Other charges - Judici. Pre-trial. Ask for reset for tomorrow. Continuance for May 19th at 10 a.m.

 

13CF130 - Jeremy C. Christian - 5 meth possession without prescription charges. - First appearance w/ counsel. Continuance on Pre-trial asked for by defense. Granted, next court date set for June 20th at 10 a.m.

 

15CF072 - Sherry L.  Millburg - Possession of a Controlled Substance- Status hearing. Ordered to report to probation tomorrow. Sentence hearing set for July 6th at 1:15 p.m.

 

17CM054 - Layla K. Schuyler - Obstructing Identification - Pre-trial. Negotiated terms were in place, but not agreed upon today. Pre-trial continuance, maybe a plea agreement on May 18th at 10 a.m.

 

14CF079 - Gayle L. Miller - Possession of Meth less than 5 grams - Bond motion will be filed, but counsel needs to speak with client. First appearance on Bad Checks charge, and Pre-trial on other charges set for May 22 at 10 a.m.

 

16CF182 - Michael White - not present - Along with 16CF121, 2 meth possession charges. Sentencing hearing in Fayette County and an appearance in Shelby County also in play. Warrant requested for his arrest and granted. Bond set at $20,000.

 

16CM204 - Lydia Wilson - Retail theft and criminal trespassing - Pre-trial. Continuance set for June 12th at 10 a.m.

 

17CF086 - Rebecca Russell - Retail Theft less than $300. - First appearance. 30-day continuance scheduled. Next court date is scheduled for June 13th at 10 a.m.

 

17CM056 - Christopher Dorsey - Retail theft less than $300 - First appearance. Looking to talk to State’s Attorney’s office. Next court date scheduled for June 12th at 10 a.m.
