These are the results of the following court cases heard in the Christian County Court on Monday, April 24th.

16CF114 - Mark C. Cunningham - Possession of a Controlled Substance less than 15 grams of substance containing heroin. Class 4 Felony. Pleading Guilty. Sentenced to six days in county jail with credit for three days served. Probation set for two years plus community service. 16CM069 - Mark C. Cunningham - Retail Theft of Display Merchandise less than $300. Plea hearing, will be dismissed per plea agreement in the above case.

16CF036 - Harvey G. Droke - Narcotics Charges. Pre-trial. Sentence hearing postponed of May 1st at 11 a.m. State and defendant working on plea between now and sentencing hearing.

17CF048 - Steven M. Frazier - Domestic Battery Charges. Pre-trial. Case is terminated.

17CF064 - Chism L Haworth - Meth Delivery less than 5 grams. Pre-trial, motion to reduce bail. State is working on plea agreement, hearing reset for the afternoon.

17CF75 - Jacob J. Graham - of Bulpitt was arrested for Class 3 Aggravated Battery, First Appearance and Bond Hearing. Judge asked state for probable cause to decide bond. Bond was set at $5,000. No contact order with victim. First appearance with counsel set for May 25th at 10 a.m.
